Love Letters Project
Love Letters Project,
2000
Images scanned from photos by Irena Conomos (except Object 9, photo by Jill Sampson
The Love Letters Project consists of 14 small object/sculptures made using materials from the environment at the farm. These sculptures were created in response to 14 extracts from love letters that I received during a long distance love affair between England and Australia. From each of these objects/sculptures I created both drypoints for printing and drawings on paper.
The Love Letters Project worked across various media including small sculpture/objects, a series of prints called I had forgotten Hertfordshire and a series of drawings.
Note: Object 1 is missing from the photographic record.
